Last Sunday, Fresno celebrated their 22nd annual Tower District Mardi Gras parade in style. It was a day to be remembered with laughs, extravagant floats, unique characters, good food, good music, a neck full of beads and, of course, Kopi Sotiropulos’ wonderful smile.
